Last summer there were some snake sightings around the property. None were identified as venomous snakes.
Calling For Building Reps
We're looking for residents who are willing to be the contact person for their building to help spread communication quickly, especially during an emergency, a water shut-off, or a power outage.

Volunteer Committee
Sunday, Feb 9 we spent time clearing brush by the creek, picking up trash, trimming back unwanted vines. Additional volunteer days to come, reach out if you want to join. Please email Stacy if you're willing to join!

Seating Areas
We've added a few new benches around the property, especially in the dog park areas. Volunteers painted a new picnic table for the open space next to Building B by Dry Creek Drive. Volunteers from Building F put up a new umbrella for the table at the big pool.
Creek Flowing Behind C
Volunteers cleared the big pile of deadwood that was blocking the creek behind Bldg C and the first batch of deadwood has been hauled off. There's more wood that needs to be removed, but we're really excited to see the creek flowing there again! If you're interested in helping with this ongoing volunteer project, please contact CAM.
Planting New Trees
The tree and landscape volunteers planted 5 small trees in November that survived winter and still growing! We'll plant new trees this coming October. If you're interested in helping with this project, including getting free trees from Tree Folks Austin, or have ideas about where to plant, please contact CAM.
